If you want to read my review of My Rainy Days, read this post. In 天使の恋, Rio suffered a great trauma in the past. Because of this, she used people as tools to achieve pleasure and power, until she fell in love with Kouki at first sight.
Rio Ozawa (Nozomi Sasaki) worked as a prostitute and helped pimps to co-opt innocent girls and convince them to sell their bodies.
“I’m glad. I’ll do anything for you, Rio.”
Kouki Ozawa (Shōsuke Tanihara) was 35 years old. He was a Japanese history teacher. A bit antisocial, sad and distant. Someone who had lost hope.
“The average life span is 2 years.”
Rio’s life, controlling and taking advantage of people, was going well. Until she became human again and fell in love with someone completely outside her universe.
My Rainy Days review: 139 days
Rio met Kouki because they had both placed photos to be developed at the same store. When it was time to deliver them, the employees got confused.
“Rio, look! He’s ‘Ozawa’ too.”
In fact, it wasn’t the first time Rio had seen Kouki. She had already noticed his presence on two other separate occasions in the past few years.
“I’ll meet him tomorrow.”
When she saw him again to exchange the photos, Rio felt more attracted to him. But he suddenly fainted and, if it weren’t for her, something worse could have happened.
“Worried about what? You don’t even know me.”
Despite being a teacher, Kouki was terrible at socializing. Rio was inversely proportional, but he didn’t know that the reason was that she was a prostitute.
“I can’t continue with this job after I met him.”
Also, to the secrets they both kept to themselves, there was another impediment. Rio was 17. So she did what she could just to stay close.
“Listen, some might call this stalking.”
The affection for Rio arises, but before age makes any difference, Kouki disappears to live his last 100 or so days away from her.
My Rainy Days review: papa katsu
Every time I’m in Japan I’m more impressed by the size, options and prices of the Japanese sex industry. They offer every type of service you can imagine.
From the conventional ones, like hookers, masseuses or becoming someone’s sugar daddy (papa katsu) to those that only exist in Japan.
Such as host clubs for men or women, girls bars and oppai pubs. This year, in Osaka, I discovered that you can rent a girlfriend for a few hours, but only to hold hands.
Why you should watch My Rainy Days
I won’t leave My Rainy Days ending explained or a download link here, but this Japanese film was the first lead role for the super popular model Nozomi Sasaki.
So, if, like me, you are a fan of her work as a model, you should know that she is beautiful, cute and sexy in the various scenes in the film.
