Japanese series locations

It’s inevitable. Every time I’m in Shinjuku and I go to eat or drink a beer at Omoide Yokocho, something like the alley of memories, I remember the series Midnight Diner – Tokyo Stories made by Netflix.

It was one of the best Japanese series I’ve watched. Really captivating, with an intimate setting and a beautiful opening song, Omoide by Suzuki Tsunekichi.

The second season wasn’t as moving as the first. But sometimes it hits that urge to watch all episodes again.
