If you want to read my review of Tokyo Park, read this post. In 東京公園, Koji Shida wanted to become a professional photographer, like his late mother, and receives an unusual job offer from a stranger in a park
Koji Shida (Haruma Miura) had a roommate, Hiro Takai, divided himself between work, college and his hobby, going to the park to photograph families.
“I specialize in family photos. Can I take a picture of you?”
Takashi Hatsushima was a dentist and caught Koji taking photos of his wife and daughter at a park in Tokyo. So, he had the idea of hiring his services.
“What I want is to ask you to follow her.”
Supposedly, the investigative work would be to follow an adulterous woman. But, Takashi hadn’t made his reasons clear and Koji reluctantly accepted.
Tokyo Park: japanese movie review

Hiro Takai (Shôta Sometani) was the spirit of Koji’s childhood friend and the ex-boyfriend of his best friend, Miyu.
“Why can’t I see him? I’m his ex.”
Miyu Tominaga (Nana Eikura) was Koji’s best friend and her religion was to watch horror films as much as possible.
“All thanks to the great master George A. Romero.”
Misaki Shida (Manami Konishi) is his adoptive mother’s daughter. She and Miyu regularly visited the restaurant he worked at regularly, they were his fan club.
“Baraki, could you fire this ungrateful adoptive brother?”
As Takashi Hatsushima discovered where the woman was with her daughter, he passed the information on to Koji to follow.
“Shiokaze Park, I’m counting on you.”
Eventually, the mysterious woman realized that she was being followed by Koji and Misaki begins to question him about the real reasons he was hired for this.
Reviewing Tokyo Park: millions of visitors per year

I had the pleasure of visiting several Tokyo parks that are mentioned in this film. They are all beautiful. Green oases spread across the largest metropolis on the planet.
And they are more than simply wooded regions. Events are always happening and fixed installations offer all kinds of entertainment.
For example, Yoyogi park has delicious food festivals where you can meet locals and make friends. Ueno park has a huge museum complex and a zoo.
Why you should watch Tokyo Park

I won’t leave Tokyo Park ending explained or a download link here, but this Japanese film is a potpourri of Tokyo’s parks and their beautiful scenery. Sarue, Yoyogi, Shiokaze, Ueno for example.
It differs from most movies that portray everyday life among the region’s skyscrapers. So, if you like the leafy side of Tokyo, this Japanese movie is a good choice.
