If you want to read my review of Attack on Titan, read this post. In 進撃の巨人, Giant human-like titans invade a walled city and begin eating people. The survivors, Eren, Mikasa, and Armin, decide to join the military to kill the titans.
Eren Yeager (Haruma Miura) lost his parents when he was too young to remember, and increasingly he yearned to know what life would be like outside the wall.
“Even paradise can become a prison, if you notice the walls.”
Mikasa Ackerman (Kiko Mizuhara) didn’t share the desire, but she liked Eren and was willing to follow him if it meant being close to him.
“I have never seen the wall so close.”
When Eren, Mikasa and Armin Arlert (Kanata Hongō) were near the wall Mary, the colossal titan appeared to make a hole and allow the titans to invade and eat everyone.

What protected the humans were 3 walls in the shape of concentric circles and with the invasion, the survivors fled to the inner walls.
Eren wanted revenge for Mikasa’s death and life outside the walls. So, he and Armin joined the exploration squad and trained for 2 years.
“The days of being trampled by Titans are over.”
The first mission was to get out of the middle wall and recover explosives on the lands of the outer wall, to close the hole and recover the planting lands.
“Once we close the hole, we will exterminate the titans inside.”
Contrary to popular belief, Titans aren’t immortal, but the only way to kill them is by cutting them in the back of the neck.
“So far, this is the only known way to kill a titan.”
During the mission, Eren discovered that Mikasa was alive. She was Captain Shikishima’s right-hand and they were fighting at the outer wall.
“They say she killed more than 10 titans in half a year.”
The campaign was a total failure, they were attacked by the titans, the explosives were stolen and Eren was eaten.
Attack on Titan review: attack titan
The kanji that make up the original name, 進撃の巨人 (Shingeki no Kyojin), have a different meaning, linked to the context of the Titans’ history.
Shingeki, 進撃, is composed of the kanji for advance and attack. Therefore, the name should be Attack Titan or Advance Titan. With a military connotation.
The Titans are categorized and Eren is one of those who, in a battalion, would be responsible for the aggressive and combative advance.
Why you should watch Attack on Titan
I won’t leave Attack on Titan ending explained or a download link here, but I remember being very anxiously waiting for it, in 2015
This Japanese film is full of actresses that I admire, such as: Kiko Mizuhara, Ayame Misaki and Hitomi Miyauchi, who used her stage name, Nanami Sakuraba.
